Medical Emergency

There is NOT a National Medical Database. MyChart or similar applications might achieve a 20% solution, but ELDR compliments this to achieve a well-rounded 100% organized data repository. Your stored Medical Information goes with you and is available when and wherever you need it. From medical legal documents and medical history to emergency contacts to complete medical intake information. In an emergency, if you’re alert, provide your ELDR ID card. If you’re not alert, the hospital can search your phone, ID bracelet, wallet, or conduct a name search and match photo. Either way, the hospital can access your medical information. As the subscriber regularly recertifies their medical information, the hospital can consider this information as current, not stale.

Individual, Family, Seniors

Whether you’re an individual, family, or a senior, we’re here to help you to consolidate, organize, and manage your personal information. Disability Support for Veterans and
1st Responders

Consolidate your medical information to support the disability application process. This in many cases becomes a grueling endeavor. ELDR’s customizable folder structure allows the applicant to consolidate, organize and submit the extensive data volume to streamline the interrogation and process approval.

International Travel

Whether you are a nomad seeking adventure or a senior traveling in retirement; a mis-step injury, a car accident or a medical emergency can result in a stressful situation. ELDR has your back. The prospective medical facility logs in and is qualified by a nearby U.S. Consulate. With your passport information provided, ELDR will work with the State Department and nearest Consulate to make all aware of your situation. Your medical information is then sent. Engaging the U.S. Consulate is to safeguard your trip home.

Medical Resources & Affiliates

ELDR works to compile valuable medical information and collaborates with leading healthcare organizations to provide subscribers with comprehensive resources and services.

ELDR has compiled two sections: Medical Resources for which there are 6 Sub-categories: Guides, References, Tools, Education, Videos, and Featured, totally 12 sources.

The other is Medical Affiliations for which there are 5-sub categories; Hospitals, Insurance, Pharmacies, Research, and Featured.

Hospital Rating

ELDR is working to connect with a national Hospital / Doctor rating service as a benefit to our subscriber base. Once established, a subscriber would be able to search various Hospitals or Doctors and see a composite scorecard across various facility services. Having access to this information can provide peace of mind, for which ELDR is all about; you are managing your healthcare. A case in point is a recent story of Leapfrog Group. Twice a year, The Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit, releases grades on nearly 3,000 general acute-care hospitals nationwide. Hospitals are scored on things like infection rates.

The overall grade is based on scores across 32 categories, with possible grades of A, B, C, D, or F.
